ABV: 7%

IBUs: Unknown

Northwest style IPA, steeped on 10lbs/barrel of fresh Simcoe from Yakima Chief farms. Do you miss the old days, when IPAs didn't have to taste like orange juice? Pondy is the beer for you -  full of piney goodness, this is the fresh version of a northwest piney IPA we make frequently.

Zephyr Hazy IPA Fresh Hop

ABV: 6.8%

IBUs: Unknown

Zephyr is a 6.8% hazy IPA, steeped on 10lbs/barrel of fresh Citra from Yakima Chief. This is hazy turned up to 11. We took our best citra-focused hazy, with all that citrusy deliciousness, and then steeped it on top of EVEN MOAR FRESH CITRA. We don't normally distribute a lot of our beer, but we're getting cold calls from beer bars, asking if they can get a keg of this. We saved some for you, though!

Chainline Brewing Company

Amarillo Amadeus Fresh Hop IPA

ABV: 6.5%

IBUs: Unknown

Amarillo Amadeus is our Amarillo fresh-hop NE styled IPA. We inserted 26 pounds/barrel of fresh Amarillo hops from our friends at Crosby farms and then saw what happened. We found that Amarillo as a fresh hop beer is supreme-it tastes of fresh-cut oranges, sun-ripened peaches and of course that fresh-off-the-farm hopbine in your nose and face. Hops: Amarillo (Fresh), Simcoe, Comet, Idaho 7, Citra.

Mr. Hopbobolina

ABV: 6.2%

IBUs: Unknown

Mr. HopBobolina was brewed with our friends at the Fiddler Inn and utilized their awesome patio grown and fresh hop varieties (Cascade, Mt. Hood, Chinook), in addition to some of our own private Cascade stash. We threw some other fun hops in to create a well-rounded and hoppy fresh hop beer. It drinks easily and showcases what these hop cones might taste like if you popped them in your mouth fresh off the bine! Hops: Cascade, Chinook, Mt. Hood, Amarillo, Simcoe.

Culmination Brewing Co.

Fresh Hop Phaedrus IPA

ABV: Unknown

IBUs: Unknown

Our Flagship IPA, Phaedrus, Dry Hopped with Fresh Mosaic Hops. We’ve used the technique of flash freezing our Fresh Hops with Liquid Nitrogen in order to eliminate the vegetal/earthy/chlorophylic characteristics often associated with FH beers and then proceeded to shatter the hops in order to provide maximum exposure of the hops gland and oils to the actual beer. The result is an over exaggerated expression of Mosaic including massive notes of melon and pineapple.

Fresh Hop Momentary Lapse of Reason Hazy IPA

ABV: Unknown

IBUs: Unknown

Named the 4th best beer of the year in Oregon by the Willamette Week we’ve brought back Momentary Lapse of Reason using Fresh Citra that we froze with liquid nitrogen and shattered to eliminate the vegetal character of fresh whole cone hops and gain direct access to the gland of the hop where all the sweet sweet oil lives. This beer is intensely citrus and tropical fruit forward with a dankness that only Citra can provide.
