Cone Wars: AMARILLO FRESH HOP IPA
Using 13#/bbl fresh Amarillo hops from Crosby Hop Farms in whirlpool, notes of navel orange & sticky lupulin dominate the nose with floral notes & hints of pine in the background. The palate explodes with lush, juicy citrus orange flavors with hints of peach. Green spicy-dankness mid palate which leads into a resinous-piney bitter finish with notes of orange pith that linger.
Cone Wars: CITRA FRESH HOP PALE ALE
Features Citra hops from Loftus Ranches in Yakima, WA and displays delicate notes of citrus fruits on the nose with underpinning hints of lychee & rosewater. The palate presents juicy flavors of sweet clementine with some hints of pink grapefruit. Mellow bittersweet finish that dries the palate with some woody notes & faint impressions of pine needle.

Pondy 2.5: The Freshening
Northwest style IPA, steeped on 10lbs/barrel of fresh Simcoe from Yakima Chief farms. Do you miss the old days, when IPAs didn't have to taste like orange juice? Pondy is the beer for you - full of piney goodness, this is the fresh version of a northwest piney IPA we make frequently.
Zephyr Hazy IPA Fresh Hop
Zephyr is a 6.8% hazy IPA, steeped on 10lbs/barrel of fresh Citra from Yakima Chief. This is hazy turned up to 11. We took our best citra-focused hazy, with all that citrusy deliciousness, and then steeped it on top of EVEN MOAR FRESH CITRA. We don't normally distribute a lot of our beer, but we're getting cold calls from beer bars, asking if they can get a keg of this. We saved some for you, though!
Chainline Brewing Company
Amarillo Amadeus Fresh Hop IPA
Amarillo Amadeus is our Amarillo fresh-hop NE styled IPA. We inserted 26 pounds/barrel of fresh Amarillo hops from our friends at Crosby farms and then saw what happened. We found that Amarillo as a fresh hop beer is supreme-it tastes of fresh-cut oranges, sun-ripened peaches and of course that fresh-off-the-farm hopbine in your nose and face. Hops: Amarillo (Fresh), Simcoe, Comet, Idaho 7, Citra.
Mr. HopBobolina was brewed with our friends at the Fiddler Inn and utilized their awesome patio grown and fresh hop varieties (Cascade, Mt. Hood, Chinook), in addition to some of our own private Cascade stash. We threw some other fun hops in to create a well-rounded and hoppy fresh hop beer. It drinks easily and showcases what these hop cones might taste like if you popped them in your mouth fresh off the bine! Hops: Cascade, Chinook, Mt. Hood, Amarillo, Simcoe.

Fresh Hop Phaedrus IPA
Our Flagship IPA, Phaedrus, Dry Hopped with Fresh Mosaic Hops. We’ve used the technique of flash freezing our Fresh Hops with Liquid Nitrogen in order to eliminate the vegetal/earthy/chlorophylic characteristics often associated with FH beers and then proceeded to shatter the hops in order to provide maximum exposure of the hops gland and oils to the actual beer. The result is an over exaggerated expression of Mosaic including massive notes of melon and pineapple.
Fresh Hop Momentary Lapse of Reason Hazy IPA
Named the 4th best beer of the year in Oregon by the Willamette Week we’ve brought back Momentary Lapse of Reason using Fresh Citra that we froze with liquid nitrogen and shattered to eliminate the vegetal character of fresh whole cone hops and gain direct access to the gland of the hop where all the sweet sweet oil lives. This beer is intensely citrus and tropical fruit forward with a dankness that only Citra can provide.
Diamond Knot Brewing
Wet Hop Amarillo IPA
Bursting with a sharp citrus bite this wet hop IPA finishes with notes of orange and pine.
Lower Deck Lager
A crisp balanced lager with a bright hop kick brought on by a healthy dose of Citra hops.
Head Stash Fresh Hop IPA
Brewed with fresh Simcoe hops, this IPA is full-bodied, resinous, and piney. Citrus flavors of orange and grapefruit mingle with a light malt sweetness. Inhale deeply to experience the bold, dank aroma of this year’s crop. Supplies are limited, so make sure you find a good hiding spot…Your roommate that dropped out last semester won’t be able to help himself when he find your Head Stash.
Fresh Out of Ideas IPA: Amarillo
This year we worked with Crosby Hops of Woodburn, Oregon to get some of the best Amarillo one could buy. Additions were continually added throughout the boil and whirlpool and then 100 lbs of fresh whole cone Amarillo was added to saturate the brew with intense grapefruit and orange aromas and flavors, with hints of dankness in the background.
Mount Baker Black Lager
This porter look-alike is actually a Shwarzbier. A lager that has all the color but none of the roast character. A toffee, pumpernickel and coffee scent greet your nose while rich chocolate and freshly baked bread hits your palate
Finnriver Farm and Cidery
Fresh Hopped Cider
Green, in apple and vegetation with hints of citrus peel. Bright acidity zings the balance of bitter citrus and greenery to settle on hints of spicy, earthy hops.
